Return & Refund Policy

* Aap product delivery ke baad [24h] ke andar return request raise kar sakte hain.
* Is samay ke baad bheji gayi request sweekar nahi ki jayegi.
2. Return ki Shartein (Conditions for Return)
Product tabhi wapas liya jayega agar:
* Product unused aur original condition mein ho.
* Original packaging, tags, aur labels lage hue hon.
* Aapke paas purchase ka bill ya invoice ho.
* Product damaged ya defective condition mein mila ho (Iske liye delivery ke 24-48 ghanton mein report karna zaroori hai).
3. Non-Returnable Items (Jo Items Wapas Nahi Honge)
Neeche diye gaye items return ya exchange nahi kiye ja sakte:
* Perishable goods (jaise khane-peene ki cheezein).
* Personalized/Customized products.
* Innerwear aur Hygiene products (Health reasons ki wajah se).
* Final Sale/Clearance items.
4. Refund Process (Paisa Wapas Milne ka Tarika)
* Jaise hi humein aapka return kiya hua product mil jayega, hamari team uska Quality Check karegi.
* Approval ke baad, refund process shuru hoga. Paisa aapke original payment method mein [7-10] working days ke andar credit ho jayega.
* Agar aapne COD (Cash on Delivery) chuna tha, toh hum aapse bank details maangenge ya Store Credit offer karenge.
5. Shipping Costs (Shipping ka Kharcha)
* Defective/Wrong Product: Agar humari galti se galat ya kharab saman mila hai, toh shipping ka poora kharcha hum uthayenge.
* Change of Mind: Agar aapko product pasand nahi aaya aur aap wapas kar rahe hain, toh return shipping charges [Customer/Store] ko dene honge.
